Day Off is a corporate absence tracking app provided by Brander (the "Provider") to client companies under a separate commercial agreement. Users receive access to the app from their employer as the administrator of a local instance of the system.
The app is provided "as is." The Provider has made reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and is not responsible for decisions made by the user's employer based on app data. All employment and HR matters are resolved between the user and their employer.
All rights to the Day Off app, its design, code, and documentation belong to the Provider. This document does not grant the user any rights to the app beyond the right to use it within the scope of their employment with the client company.
Access to the app terminates automatically upon the end of the employment relationship with the client company or by decision of the company administrator.
The Provider may update these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes by email.
